He has previously held directorships in various public and private organizations, thereby securing extensive industry and consulting knowledge. He has helped transform companies with an ambitious top-line and healthy bottom-line growth, with the mantra “the customer is the business” in mind.
A thinker and a visionary, Mohan aims to deliver a rich and unified content experience, which drives business goals. He leads the technology, research and infrastructure teams at Ninestars. Mohan has lead the successful launch of several technological solutions including Ninestars’ Clips-on-Cloud and 2AdPro’s JobDirect.
Chinni is a customer champion with over 21 years of experience in the ITES and BPO sectors. He has ample expertise in developing and implementing service standards and agreements with profits in perspective. Chinni leads teams to create and deliver value seamlessly across the value chain.
Kidambi comes with over three decades of rich experience in all facets of Human Resources Function, having worked in large organizations, spanning Manufacturing, Banking, Hospitality, IT & ITES, Energy (Oil & Gas) & Retail. As a CPO, Ravichandran is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy and overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, and operations specifically in the areas of talent acquisition & management, training & development and management policies that meet our organization’s business’s human capital requirements.
Shantanu is a business technology specialist, an innovation practitioner and a thought leader in the enterprise digital space. During his career, he has defined and executed digital strategy, led teams to build digital platform solutions, scaled out technology practices, executed large programs and has helped customers across industry verticals leverage digital solutions to transform their customers' experience, as well as to optimize their operations. As Chief Digital Officer for Ninestars, Shantanu holds overall responsibility for Digital.

Prior to Ninestars, Gagan has worked with reputed organizations like Nielsen & Infosys, in the area of Content, Data, and Analytics. Bringing expertise in Product Development & Technology, Gagan is known for seamlessly spearheading projects within tight timeframes using cutting-edge tech solutions.
Michelle began her career in the financial business sector of a company, before running their international department in just 3.5 years. After that, she entered the media sector, working with international editorial companies and has over 6 years of experience in the same. Michelle holds a degree in law, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
With over two decades of experience in global sales and business development, Varadarajan is a go-getter and is totally customer driven. He has experience in both IT and ITES, with a strong background in consultative selling. Varadarajan has spent the last decade in the publishing, media and related fields. Always championing new business opportunities for Ninestars, Varadarajan currently handles a wide range of marquee accounts globally.
As a Vice President for Media Monitoring, Eashwar is responsible for overseeing the delivery of media monitoring services to clients across UK, Europe, and US. With 13 years of experience in the media monitoring industry, Eashwar has extensive client knowledge across the wide spectrum of Corporate, Government, and Public Relations sectors. With rich experience in developing and implementing service standards and agreements with a profit perspective, Eashwar has a track record for consistently delivering business objectives. He is endowed with excellent relationship management and communication abilities coupled with proven skills in mentoring and motivating associates towards excellent service delivery.
Durai is a seasoned executive with 20 years of Project Management experience in ITES, BPO, and Publishing sector. He leads the Digitization and Publishing team at Ninestars where he has the responsibility of making sure all deliverables is to Ninestars' highest standards. He has a relentless drive for innovation serving as a role model for his team to inspire them to give their best for the business. As a Vice President for Concept & Design, Ravi is responsible for setting the concept and design strategy. He manages multiple complex strategic projects by providing support and maintaining efficiency by managing data compilation and analysis. With extreme pragmatism, he ensures incorporation of broader strategic considerations and the integrity of the concept into the frameworks while balancing business objectives.
